Red Russian Borscht

A beautiful, flavorful soup full of rutabaga, parsnip, turnip and cabbage slowly simmered in our homemade beef and chicken stock with allspice, dill, lemon, garlic and bay leaf. Garnished with sour cream.

Cuban Black Bean

Made the traditional way with organic black beans, home made roasted vegetable stock, sweet onion, celery, green bell pepper, seeded serrano, garlic, Mexican oregano and just a touch of toasted cumin. Garnished to order with minced hard boiled egg, diced red onion, chopped cilantro and sour cream. Dairy free if you leave out the sour cream! Only about a 2 on the 1 to 10 heat-o-meter
