All of our menu items are created fresh every morning by Chef Greg and his team in our off-site, certified commercial kitchen and brought to our downtown location at 101 W. Marcy St ready for you to order for takeout, curbside pickup or delivery. Because our menu is created with ingredients that are fresh, local & in-season, each menu item is subject to availablity and change on a day-to-day basis.

A hearty, freshly made breakfast burrito made with eggs, cheddar cheese, bacon, potato and red and green chili in a large flour tortilla. Chef Greg puts it on the panini press to get it hot and toasty for you! Served with a side of homemade salsa (medium).
Fresh chicken breast is marinated in lime juice, garlic & jalapeño, grilled and layered with havarti, field greens and local apple butter on a whole wheat baguette. It's about a 2 on the 1-10 heat-o-meter.
Thinly sliced fresh roasted pork roast and black forest ham with sliced dill pickle, Jarlsberg Swiss and grainy mustard on a torpedo roll.
First-cut corned beef brisket shaved thin and piled high on traditional Jewish rye with fresh sauerkraut, Jarlsberg Swiss cheese and Beestro Russian Dressing.
Fresh Beestro tuna salad made with Bumblebee Albacore tuna, mayo, salt and cracked black pepper with cheddar cheese & tomato on focaccia.
