Green Chile Chicken Chili

This one starts with our homemade roast chicken stock to which Chef Greg adds minced fresh all-natural chicken, zucchini, tomatillos, great northern white beans, New Mexico green chile, cilantro, Mexican oregano and toasted cumin.

Spicy Cream of Spinach

A purée of spinach, celery, onion, roasted garlic, a touch of seeded serrano, cream and miso with tender chunks of potato. About a three on the 1-to-10 heat-o-meter.

Cream of Potato Leek

Leeks sautéed in butter then simmered to perfection and puréed with russet potatoes, fresh thyme, white pepper and sea salt in our homemade roasted vegetable stock with whole milk and a touch of half-and-half.

Ghost Pepper Beef Bahn Mi   • 8.95
